Summary:

|
WHEREAS, pursuant to the New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act, N.J.S.A. 34:13A-1 et seq., the Board engages in collective negotiations with authorized representatives of recognized employee bargaining units;
WHEREAS, the Board and NTU have engaged in good faith negotiations and agreed to a Collective Negotiations Agreements that cover the period of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2029 (“Agreement”);
WHEREAS, the terms of the Agreement were achieved through good faith negotiations and all provisions of the Agreement are set forth therein;
WHEREAS, on June 6, 2024, a majority of the members of NTU ratified the Agreement; |
