WHEREAS, the Newark Board of Education desires for students to participate in the Harvard Pre-College Summer Residential Program for students to explore the expectations of college academics and earn college credits; and WHEREAS, the District is authorized to enter into an agreement for extraordinary unspecifiable services in accordance with NJSA 18A:18A-5a (2); and WHEREAS, the recommendation for award for term contract was reviewed and approved by Dr. Maria Ortiz, Assistant Superintendent. |
