WHEREAS the Board Of Education currently leases from Saint Casimir Roman Catholic Church building known as Ironbound Academy Elementary School, located at 380 East Kinney Street, Newark New Jersey, 07105, pursuant to a Lease Agreement with an original term from September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2024
WHEREAS, The Board Of Education desires to extend the term of the lease extension for three (3) years, which shall commence September 1, 2024 and terminate on August 31, 2027. |

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, The Newark Board of Education hereby approves the Lease Agreement and authorizes the Board President to execute the Agreement in accordance with the terms set forth in the agreement.
