WHEREAS, the Newark Board of Education desires for twelve students to participate in the Pratt Institute Precollege Summer Program to strengthen academic and practical skills, and earn two elective college credits; and
WHEREAS, the District is authorized to enter into an agreement for extraordinary unspecifiable services in accordance with NJSA 18A:18A-5a (2); and
WHEREAS, the recommendation of award for term contract was reviewed and approved by Dr. Maria Ortiz, Assistant Superintendent |
