Summary:
Whereas, the Ivy Hill Vailsburg Center for Arts Culture and Community Activism agreed to provide afterschool art classes for students enrolled in the Pearls Mentoring Program at Lincoln School.

Whereas, Ivy Hill Vailsburg Center will provide students with art, music, and theater experiences.

Whereas, there will be culminating events at Lincoln School for the afterschool arts classes during the 2021-22 school year.

No cost to the district.

Now therefore, be it resolved that the Newark Board of Education approve the Memorandum of Understanding with Ivy Hill Vailsburg for Arts Culture and Community Activism.
