:
Whereas, the researchers would like to conduct a pre- and post-survey to determine student knowledge of radiology before and after the workshop series. Students enrolled in the Anatomy course at Science Park will be invited to participate. Whereas, the purpose of this study is evaluate the efficacy of a series of radiology education workshops for students that are interested in medicine and use this feedback to improve instruction.
Researcher requests to conduct pre/post surveys to students enrolled in the anatomy class and to obtain feedback about their radiology workshops.
Principal researcher and their agents will maintain all client information confidentially in accordance with all New Jersey state and federal laws and regulations.

Now therefore, be it resolved that the Newark Board of Education approve this Research and Data Sharing Agreement between Rutgers New Jersey Medical School to gauge the impact of radiology workshops at Science High School.
