Summary:

Whereas, EducatorView is used for designing and building the capacity for understanding the entirety of the educator pipeline through the lens of three focus areas: (1) talent management and succession planning, (2) professional growth and development, and (3) school outcomes and improvement.
Whereas the contractor requests the following data:
-School name
-Grade level
-Course name
-Teacher first name, last name
-Teacher email
-Staff first name, last name
-Staff email
-Student demographic information
-District assessment scores
-State assessment scores
-The data on Attachment A
Whereas the data is used to populate the Leader Tracking System (LTS) dashboards, based on the EducatorView dashboard. The LTS will enable efficient monitoring, evaluation, and foster effective leadership development.
Whereas this Data Sharing Agreement is effective through January 31, 2027.
