Summary: WHEREAS, the Newark Board of Education desires the specialized services of a marketing firm to increase enrollment at various schools; and

WHEREAS, the District is authorized to enter into an agreement for extraordinary unspecifiable services in accordance with N.J.S.A.18A:18A-5a (2); and

WHEREAS, the contract term is July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026 with the option to renew for one (1) additional two (2) year period; and

WHEREAS, the recommendation for award of term contract was reviewed and approved by Nancy Deering, Director of Board Relations and Interim Director of Communications.
Funding : Subject to the availability of funds.

Recommendation to the Board: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Newark Board of Education accepts and approves the award of term contract for Student Recruitment Services from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026 as follows:

Caissa Public Strategy doing business as Caissa K12, Memphis, TN at a cost not to exceed $276,790.00
