Summary:

Whereas, the Newark Board of Education is committed to the continuing improvement of the educational program of the district. Whereas, teachers and central office personnel have authored Grades 11-12 Social Studies Elective Curriculum: Crimes Against Humanity that provides a year long overview, alignment to the New Jersey Student Learning Standards, unit plans and assessments.
