:
NJ LEEP has been working with Newark students in preparing for, applying to, and going to college for almost 20 years and 75% of NJ LEEP graduates have received their college degree within six years of high school graduation.
The researcher would like to use the following instruments to facilitate the student application and selection process for participation in the NJ LEEP School-Based College Access Program:
-NJ LEEP School-Based Program Student Application
-NJ LEEP School-Based Program Teacher Recommendation Form
-NJ LEEP School-Based Program Student Interview Protocol
-2024-2025 NJ LEEP Permission and Consent Waiver
-Student interviews
The researcher would also like access to the following educational records from 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025:
-Standardized assessments
-All courses taken, quarterly and final course grades in those courses
-Student attendance data: preferably from all classes, if possible, at minimum daily attendance
-Demographic data

Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Newark Board of Education approve the Research and Data Sharing Agreement between NJ LEEP and the Newark Board of Education.
