Summary:

WHEREAS, the Newark Board of Education desires to utilize the Stanford Achievement Test (SAT) as the Newark Enrollment High School Entrance Exam; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with NJSA 18A:18A-5a (5) the Newark Board of Education can award a contract without advertisement for educational goods and services; and
WHEREAS, the contract term is from September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the recommendation for award of term contract was reviewed and approved by Rochanda Jackson, Executive Director of Policy, Planning, Evaluation and Testing.
