In accordance with New Jersey Administrative Code (NJAC.6A-15-1.6) requirement for the submission of the mandatory English Language Learner Three-year Plan to the New Jersey Department of Education, this resolution provides approval from the Newark Board of Education to submit the plan by February 28, 2022.
