Summary:
|
Whereas, Brigaid LLC, located in Middletown, CT and founded in 2016, is motivated by the belief that everyone deserves good food and they have a team of professional chefs who eagerly work to help school food service programs achieve their goals; and
Whereas, Brigaid LLC will receive funding from RWJ Barnabas Health; and would like to partner with the Newark Board of Education to support the district’s food service program. The NBOE agrees to provide reasonable access to NBOE facilities to Brigaid and its employees and Brigaid agrees to comply with all laws, regulations, and municipal codes and ordinances and other workplace requirements and standards applicable to food service; and
Whereas, the MOU is in effect for three years for the SY 2024-25, SY 2025-26, and the SY 2026-27.
