WHEREAS N.J.S.A. 18A:17-5 provides that a Board Secretary shall be appointed by the Board of Education, by a recorded roll call majority vote of its full membership, for a term to expire not later than June 30 of the calendar year next succeeding that in which the Board shall have been organized

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Valerie Wilson shall be and hereby is appointed to serve as the Board Secretary, effective immediately and through June 30, 2025.
