WHEREAS, The Office of Early Childhood desires to partner with Liberty Dental of New Jersey to provide students with oral health educational presentations and preventative dental screenings, which may include fluoride varnish applications. After completion of the visit, Liberty Dental of New Jersey will provide each student with an oral hygiene kit.

NOW THERE BE IT RESOLVED that the Newark Board of Education accepts and approves the Memorandum of Understanding between Liberty Dental of New Jersey and the Newark Board of Education. The term of this MOU shall be in effect for a 5 year period (2021-2026 school year(s).
