Summary:

Time limits for all speakers will be adhered to.
There will be no sharing or granting of speaking time to other.
Speakers must be present when their name is called.
All speakers will be required to give their names and addresses.
The public participation portion of the meeting will be limited to one hour and thirty minutes.
Docorum - Examples of unacceptable behavior that will not be permitted include, but are not limited to, naming District employee and engaging in personal attacks, racial slurs, excessive loudness, calling out, yelling, generally disruptive behavior, attempting to disrupt meeting or inciting others to do so.
