Summary: Whereas, the researcher would like to conduct semi-structured interviews with a total of 10 school leaders from a mix of Newark Board of Education School and Community-based preschool providers about their perceptions and experiences with inclusion programs.

Whereas, potential participants will be screened to see if they qualify for the study. Participants will be deemed eligible for the study if they have worked in their role for at least two years, have experience with the pre-school population and a minimum of two general education sections that have students with IEPs included.

Principal Researcher and their agents will maintain all client information confidentially in accordance with all New Jersey state and federal laws and regulations.
Funding : No cost to the district.
Recommendation to the Board: Now therefore, be it resolved that the Newark Board of Education approve this Research and Data sharing agreement between Seton Hall University and the Newark Board of Education.
