Summary: Whereas, the researchers would like to survey approximately 14 Central Office Staff who participated in the Principal Pipeline Learning Community about their experiences participating in and current perceptions of the district’s Principal Pipeline Learning Community.This study examines the Wallace Foundation's Principal Pipeline Learning Community (PPLC) initiative that took place in the 2019-2020 school year and the American Rescue Plan Pipeline Learning Communities (ARP PLC) initiative that is currently underway. The focus is on understanding the current status of pipelines in each of the original PPLC districts two years after the initiative began.

Principal Researcher and their agents agree to maintain all client information confidentially in accordance with all New Jersey state and federal laws and regulations.
Funding : No cost to the district
Recommendation to the Board: Now therefore, be it resolved that the Newark Board of Education approve this Research and Data Sharing Agreement between Vanderbilt University and the Newark Board of Education.
