Summary:
|
Whereas, the researcher would like to conduct a six-week on-site research project with twelve autistic students that meet the following requirements: a) ASD diagnosis; b) an incoming 3rd - 8th grade student between the ages of 9 - 13; c) identified as having a sensory processing diagnosis or challenges as noted through the Sensory Profile 2: School Companion Assessment; c) Participants must be able to follow 1-3 step verbal directions in English; d) Time commitment per student: 80 - 100 minutes
Whereas, the researcher would like to request the following educational records: a) Demographic data: age, gender, and grade level; b) Individualized Educational Plan (IEP); c) Occupational Therapist evaluation; and d) psychological evaluation
Principal Researcher and their agents will maintain all client information confidentially in accordance with all New Jersey state and federal laws and regulations.
