Summary:

WHEREAS, the Newark Board of Education issued a request for quotation for Student Growth and Projection Services to three (3) vendors with one (1) vendor responding; and
WHEREAS, the quotation received is per the General Service Administration Contract 47QTCA18D0081 and contained pricing for three years; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-10 the Newark Board of Education is authorized to purchase goods and services that may or may not exceed the bid threshold from General Service Administration Contracts; and
WHEREAS, the Newark Board of Education approved the award of contract during the August 25, 2022 Board Meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Newark Board of Education desires to amend the contract term from August 25, 2022 through August 25, 2023 to August 25, 2022 through August 24, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the recommendation for amendment of term contract was reviewed and approved by Rochanda Jackson, Executive Director of Policy, Planning, Evaluation.

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Newark Board of Education accepts and approves the amendment of term contract for Student Growth and Projection Services from August 25, 2022 through August 24, 2023 to August 25, 2022 through August 24, 2025 via General Service Administration Contract 47QTCA18D0081 as follows:
Executive Information Systems LLC, Bethesda, MD at a cost not to exceed from $264,825.00 to $794,475.00
