Summary:
|
Whereas, New Community Corporation has agreed to
implement the Family Friendly Center Afterschool-Program that provides supplemental social, academic, and recreational enrichment services for students and families at 13th Ave./Dr. MLK, Jr. Elementary School; and
Whereas this MOU will be in effect for the 2021-22 school year; and
Whereas the program will provide families with social services as well as referrals to additional resources; enrollment shall not exceed 40 students.

Now therefore, be it resolved that the Newark Board of Education
approve this Memorandum or Understanding with New Community Corporation.
