Summary: This study conducted by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), part of the Institute of Education Sciences (IES), within the United States Department of Education, is to collect extensive data on issues concerning the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on students and staff in U.S. public primary, middle, high, and combined-grade schools. NCES plans to survey an administrator at one sampled school about the effects of Covid-19. Specifically, the interview will focus on the instructional mode offered, enrollment counts of subgroups, learning loss mitigation, and special education services. These surveys will be given monthly to track the school's progress throughout the 21-22 School Year. The Principal Researcher and their agents agree to maintain all client information confidentially in accordance with all New Jersey state and federal laws and regulations.
