Summary: Whereas, Cignition Inc. is one of the Educational Technology partners for the E+F Math program. They would like to perform usability tests of online activities and games designed to exercise executive function in the performance of mathematical learning activities. Whereas, the purpose of these usability tests are to provide feedback and ultimately make improvements to the platform. The tests will be performed online by Cignition tutors, all of whom are teachers with a deep understanding of the mathematics. Third and Fourth grade students at Peshine Elementary School and Camden Elementary School will be invited to participate. Students will sit at a computer and perform mathematical tasks while talking aloud and describing their thinking. Whereas, the usability testers may ask them questions for clarification and may ask them about their enjoyment of the activities. The researchers will also conduct a pre and post assessment of the students' math and executive function abilities to provide additional context.
