Summary:
|
Whereas, Black Belt America has agreed to provide martial arts character development classes after school at Grover Cleveland Elementary School. Students will have an opportunity to earn their color belt and to perform in a graduation performance ceremony. Whereas, Black belt America will help improve character that will help students succeed in life.
