WHEREAS, The Office of Early Childhood desires to partner with Ironbound Community Health Care, Inc. for implementation of a comprehensive preventive and primary care services for all ages. Services are federally-approved and include primary care, mental heath, and substance use disorder services.

NOW THERE BE IT RESOLVED that the Newark Board of Education accepts and approves the Memorandum of Understanding between Ironbound Community Health Care, Inc. Dba Hope & Esperanza Community Health Center and the Newark Board of Education. The term of this MOU shall be in effect for a 5 year period (2022-2027 school year).
