Summary:
|
Whereas, the Board of Education of the City Newark, County of Essex (the "Board") formally approves, accepts and/or authorizes various personnel matters actions including among other things, leave requests;
Whereas, Employee Nos. 55392 and 46839 have requested leaves of absence without pay from November 3, 2023, through November 16, 2023, and November 6, 2023, through December 31, 2023, respectively;
Whereas, upon recommendation of the Superintendent, the Board finds that the request should be granted.

Now, therefore, be it resolved, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, that the Board approves and authorizes leaves of absence without pay for Employee Nos. 55392 and 46839 for the times specified above.
