WHEREAS, the Newark Board of Education desires to donate obsolete vehicles that are no longer needed for School purposes; and WHEREAS, authorizes the donation of personal property not needed for school purposes by donating; and WHEREAS, the District wishes to donate one (1) obsolete vehicle; and WHEREAS, the donation is to the City of Newark/Italy, Spilinga community, this will serve as a crucial resource for transportation, particularly for the community seniors. Investing in community infrastructure is essential for fostering growth and prosperity. By providing reliable transportation, the City of Newark can enhance mobility, strengthen connections, and improve the overall quality for residents and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Newark Board of Education to dispose of said equipment.
