NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. Each and all of the positions listed above shall be and hereby are abolished for reasons of economy or efficiency and/or because of a change in the administrative or supervisory organization of the district, effective June 30, 2024;
2. Employees holding such positions shall be terminated, laid off, or transferred, in accordance with applicable law and any rights those employees may have.
